Pricing is based on how many meals you’d like! It includes reusable containers. The price does not include a small transaction fee at checkout. You’ll receive a 5% bulk discount with orders over $100, 10% with orders over $150, 15% with orders greater than $225 and 20% with orders over $300.

All meals are cooked fresh on Sundays at our meal prep company in Scottsdale, AZ. They last in the fridge for five to seven days. They can be reheated or eaten cold. These meals are best eaten fresh but you can choose to freeze them. If freezing, pull the meal out the day before eating and thaw in your fridge overnight. On the day of eating, microwave the meal before consuming. Would not recommend this for any salads. Message us for recommendations on which items freeze the best.
